Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sevill. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping — $8.00 on all orders under $70.
Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $70 or more.
Express Shipping — $15.00 where available.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment being received.

Delivery Times

Standard: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Express: typically 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and peak periods can extend them.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you have not received this within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Multiple Items

Orders containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel and on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping for this.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we are not able to refund orders lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
