Frequently Asked Questions

Ordering

How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart, then click the cart icon and follow the checkout steps. You do not need an account to order.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at gamason0509@gmail.com. We can usually make changes before your order is dispatched, but not afterwards.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, through our secure checkout. Your card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.00. Orders of $70 or more ship free. Express shipping is $15.00 where available.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How long will my order take?
Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery then typically takes 3–7 business days, express 2–3.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. See our Track Order page for more detail.

Why did my order arrive in separate parcels?
Orders with several items are sometimes packed and shipped separately. You are never charged extra for this.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Full details are on our Return Policy page.

My item arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Products

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Items are covered against manufacturing defects. If something fails in normal use, contact us and we will put it right.

An item is out of stock — will it return?
Stock is restocked regularly. Email us about a specific item and we will let you know what we expect.
