To help us sort things out quickly, please tell us:

• Your order number, if your question is about an existing order
• The email address you used at checkout
• A description of the issue — and photographs if you are reporting a damaged or incorrect item

Response times

We answer messages Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and aim to reply within one business day. Messages sent over the weekend are picked up on the next business day.
